This workshop focuses on the rights allowed to each and every US Citizen by The Constitution. The workshop will address rights relating to criminal law (searches, seizures and charges); employment law (discrimination, unemployment benefits and etc...); family law issues (custody, visitation and estate planning) and other topics that might be raised by participants. The workshop will look at each of these issues specifically from the view of religion and paganism, but the information will be applicable across many different walks of life.

Erika is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and focuses her practice almost exclusively on criminal law. She has been a "pagan" for over ten years, but identifies herself more as an eclectic shamanist.

 

Mike is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and focuses his practice on family and employment law. He is not a "pagan" but is very open minded.
