Saturday - Workshop Group 3B - 2:45pm to 3:30pm

This workshop is designed to give persons of any path a guide to energetic shielding of the self and one's environment. Includes grounding and centering, crystal and stone use, visualization practice and a discussion on ethics. Printed materials will be available and note taking for later use is encouraged.

Lead by Idalia

Idalia has been studying metaphysics and comparative religion for about 7 years. She studied shamanism, energy healing techniques and received first Elemental Mastery under the Thermers of Ramsa Healing Arts Center in Cherrytown, CT. Idalia attained Reiki Master Practitioner in Feb 2005 in addition to her formal training as a massage therapist. An effective intuitive reader, her objective is to help individuals develop their own happiness.
